2017 APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP
Member benefits include access to electronic and paper versions of new editions of The Canadian Entomologist (TCE), electronic access to TCE from the 1860s to the present, reduced registration fees for the ESC's Joint Annual Meeting, reduced charges for the purchase of Memoirs, and access to ESC awards, and student competitions. The ESC's Bulletin is also available free online (www.esc-sec.ca/bulletin.php). Most importantly, by joining the ESC you are helping to support the advancement of entomology in Canada.
New membership applications and membership renewal can be completed and paid either online or on paper. For those who prefer to renew on paper, please complete this form by selecting a membership category from the table, filling in the rest of the form and sending it to the Entomological Society of Canada office by mail (with cheque or money order) or by email or fax (with credit card information).
In applying for, or renewing, membership under the categories of student, early professional or emeritus, I
confirm that one of the conditions listed below the table applies to me.
* For residents of Canada: 13% HST for New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Ontario, 15% HST for Nova Scotia, or 5% GST for
the rest of country will be added to all items on this invoice. These taxes do not apply to members who are resident of other countries.
** Early professional membership applies to persons within 3 years of graduation (based on the calendar year) from their highest educational degree.
*** Student members must be registered in a recognized educational institution.
****Emeritus members have been regular members in good standing for at least 10 years and have retired from active employment.
